◆ Water tank structure:
Material: Made of Q235B carbon steel plate, with a 20 cubic meter curved tank body, with a thickness of 4-6mm, and treated with anti-corrosion measures,
Capacity: High volumetric utilization rate, with wave-proof boards installed inside the tank to reduce the impact of liquid sloshing on the vehicle during operation.
Manhole and ladder: The tank top is equipped with one Φ500mm manhole for maintenance and cleaning; a ladder at the tail and a guardrail on the tank top facilitate operators to get on and off the tank.
◆ Water sprinkler system:
• Water pump: 80QZF-60/90 type centrifugal water pump, with a flow rate of 60m³/h, a head of 90m, an input speed of 1180r/min, a self-priming performance of 1.5min/4m, a pump inlet and outlet design, supporting self-priming and self-discharge, and a suction lift of ≥7m.
• Sprinkler system:
Forward thrust: With dual nozzles arranged symmetrically, the flushing width is ≥14m, making it suitable for rapid road cleaning.
Rear spray: duckbill nozzle, with a coverage width of ≥8m, used for watering green belts or dust suppression on roads.
Rear sprinkling: With a circular nozzle, the water is sprinkled evenly to avoid localized ponding.
Rear water cannon: It can rotate 360°, with a shooting range of ≥28m. It supports switching between direct flow and spray modes, meeting the needs of long-distance flushing or emergency firefighting.

• Tail drain valve: used to quickly drain the remaining water in the tank to prevent freezing in winter
• Pipe system: High pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, equipped with quick connectors, and compatible with external fire hoses.

◆ Working principle:
The water sprinkler utilizes the chassis engine as its power source, and transfers the engine power to a dedicated water sprinkler pump through a power take-off device, forming complete functions of water suction, pressurization, and spraying.
• Pumping/water filling principle (pump inlet)
After the pump is started, the impeller rotates, creating negative pressure, which draws external water sources (such as fire hydrants, rivers, ponds, and water towers) into the tank through the pump inlet pipeline. By relying on negative pressure suction and pump pressure delivery, rapid water injection is achieved.
• Spraying operation principle (pumping out)
The water in the tank enters the water pump under the action of gravity, and after being pressurized by the pump, it is transported to various working devices through pipelines.
