The vehicle is equipped with a Pinfu XV213 high-pressure jetting pump and a VTP 3200 liquid-ring vacuum pump, integrating the core functions of high-pressure pipeline cleaning and vacuum suction. It includes a rotating, telescopic suction boom that supports wireless remote-controlled operation, as well as a high-pressure hose reel, suction and discharge valves, a two-stage filtration system, and an anti-overflow valve. • Wheelbase: 4600 + 1350 mm;
• Axles: VGD95 front axle (9.5-ton capacity, drum brakes); MCX16ZG dual rear-axle assembly (16-ton capacity per axle, drum brakes, two-stage reduction);
• Transmission: HW19710, 10-speed manual transmission with 2 reverse gears;
• Tires: 12.00R20 (includes a spare tire as standard equipment).
▶ Tank Capacity:
The tank is constructed from 6mm-thick carbon steel, utilizing industry-leading welding techniques. It has a total capacity of approximately 12m³ and features a dual-compartment design: a clean water compartment and a waste/sludge compartment.
• Clean water compartment: Stores water for high-pressure jetting and cleaning operations.
• Waste/sludge compartment: Collects and temporarily stores sludge, fecal matter, and sewage. The rear of the tank is equipped with a large, hydraulically operated door, enabling efficient, self-dumping discharge of waste and sludge.
▶ Core Operating Systems:
1. High-Pressure Cleaning System
Equipped with a PINFL XV213 five-plunger high-pressure pump
• Rated flow rate: 213 L/min; operating pressure: 160 bar.
• A high-pressure hose reel is mounted at the rear of the vehicle, carrying a high-pressure jetting hose used for flushing sewer lines—breaking up accumulated silt, sediment, and grease to clear blockages in the pipe network.
2. Vacuum Suction System
High-capacity vacuum unit designed to generate powerful negative pressure (suction).
• Model: VTP-3200 water circulation vacuum pump.
• Type: Liquid-ring vacuum pump; features a direct-drive design, compact dimensions, and a lightweight build.
• Suction capacity: 53 m³/min.
• Ultimate pressure: 800 hpa.
▶ Operational Modes:
1. Equipped with an overhead hydraulic rotating suction boom. The boom features rotation, extension/retraction, and luffing (up-and-down movement) capabilities. It is fitted with a large-diameter suction hose and supports wireless remote-controlled operation.
• The boom is designed to support the large-diameter suction hose; during operation, it can be extended directly into an inspection manhole to extract sludge, sewage, or mud from septic tanks.
• This eliminates the need for manual handling of heavy suction hoses and makes it easier to navigate over obstacles.
2. Includes a standard suction piping system with an external suction hose connection and a two-stage filtration system.
3. High-pressure jetting/clearing: Features a PINFL XV213 high-pressure plunger pump. A high-pressure water jet, delivered via a hose on a reel, is fed into the underground pipe network to break up accumulated sediment, grease, and tree roots, thereby clearing blockages in municipal pipelines.
4. Discharge: The tailgate is equipped with a discharge valve, allowing for pressurized unloading via the vacuum pump. Alternatively, the tailgate can be opened and the tank raised to discharge waste by gravity.
▶ Operations:
1. Equipped with control valves for lifting the sewage tank and opening the tailgate.
2. Equipped with control valves for the boom, enabling the control of its rotation, luffing (elevation/lowering), and extension/retraction.
3. Equipped with control valves for the high-pressure hose reel (mounted on the tailgate) and for pipeline cleaning operations.
4. Remote control functionality for the rotation, luffing, and extension/retraction of the suction boom.
▶ Application Scenarios:
1. Municipal Engineering: Desilting and clearing of urban stormwater and sewage pipe networks; cleaning of inspection chambers and sediment traps; maintenance of pipe networks and emergency repairs for pipeline blockages.
2. Sanitation and Facility Operations: Suction and removal of sewage, grease, and sludge from septic tanks and grease traps in residential complexes, schools, and office buildings.
3. Industrial Parks: Removal of sludge from factory sedimentation and equalization tanks; maintenance of underground sewage and stormwater drainage systems within industrial facilities.
4. Construction Sites: Suction of slurry from excavation pits and sludge from on-site sedimentation tanks; desilting and clearing work associated with the modification of utility pipe networks.
5. Property Management and Tourism/Cultural Sites: Maintenance of pipe networks in large-scale complexes and tourist attractions; removal of bottom sediment from ornamental ponds.
6. Agriculture and Animal Husbandry: Suction and transport of manure and waste from livestock farms; desilting of small ditches and channels.
