▶ Core Power System:
• Main Engine: Equipped with a Weichai WP10.300E22 diesel engine, 9.726L displacement, 300HP maximum horsepower, meeting China II emission standards, and matched with an HW19710 gearbox with 10 forward gears + 2 reverse gears.
• Auxiliary Engine: Equipped with a Dongfeng Cummins B140 33 diesel engine, with a power of 140 hp (103kW), providing an independent power source specifically for sweeping and cleaning operations. The separate design of the main and auxiliary engines ensures that driving and operation do not interfere with each other. The auxiliary engine independently drives the fan, water pump, and other upper structure components, resulting in high operating efficiency and strong reliability.
▶ Tank Capacity:
• Dust Bin: 8 cubic meters, for collecting a mixture of garbage, dust, and wastewater generated during sweeping operations.
• Water Tank: 2 cubic meters, providing water for cleaning operations.
▶ Operating Device and Core Components:
• Sweeping Brushes: Two centrally located brushes with adjustable angles; sweeping width: ≥3.5 meters; large coverage area per operation; operating speed: 5-20 km/h; equipped with a spray system on the brushes.
• Suction Cup Device: One suction cup at the rear for negative pressure suction of garbage and wastewater collected by the brushes.
• Fan: Utilizes a Weiye fan, providing strong suction for the negative pressure dust collection system, ensuring efficient extraction of garbage and wastewater into the garbage bin.
• Low-Pressure Water System: Equipped with a Hangzhou Weilong 60/90 low-pressure water pump, providing water flow to the brushes to effectively wash away stubborn stains and attachments from the road surface.
▶ Cab Electronic Control System:
The cab integrates an electronic control box with a logically laid-out, easily accessible function button layout. Key control functions include:
• Fan clutch on/off
• Water pump on/off
• Lights on/off
• Auxiliary engine preheating/ignition
• Left and right sweeping brush lifting
• Right sweep/full sweeping mode switching
• Sucker lifting
• Dust canister lifting
• Rear door opening/closing
• Dust canister self-cleaning on/off
• Auxiliary engine tachometer/coolant temperature gauge
• Oil level alarm, coolant level alarm, and other warning functions
▶ Rear control box:
An independent control box is located under the rear of the vehicle, supporting operations such as raising/lowering the cargo box and opening/closing the rear door.
▶ Working Principle:
This vehicle employs an integrated "sweeping-washing-vacuuming" operation process. During operation, the auxiliary engine drives the Weiye blower to create a negative pressure environment inside the garbage bin, simultaneously powering the water pump and sweeping brushes.
The sweeping brushes first gather road debris and gravel to the center of the vehicle's underside. A low-pressure water system sprays water to flush away stubborn stains. Under the strong negative pressure generated by the blower, the gathered wastewater, garbage, and dust mixture is instantly sucked in by the suction cups and transported along pipes into the garbage bin for storage and settling. Cleaning water is supplied by a two-cubic-meter water tank and filtered before being discharged to prevent secondary dust generation. The entire process is integrated into the cab's electronic control system; one-button operation completes cleaning, sweeping, and wastewater recovery. The operating width is ≥3.5 meters, offering high efficiency and thorough cleaning.
