♦ Use corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel + anti-corrosion coating).

♦ Inner wall treatment, spray epoxy resin or polyurethane coating, thickness ≥ 200μm.

♦ Sandblasting and rust removal, spray anti-rust primer + polyurethane topcoat.

♦ The tank body welding use argon arc welding or laser welding.

♦ Annealing treatment is required after welding to eliminate welding stress.

The weld pass flaw detection (X-ray or ultrasonic testing).

♦ Wave breaking plates (bulkheads) are installed to reduce the impact of liquid sloshing.
