◆ Upper Structure Sewage Suction System:

2. Tank Material: High-quality carbon steel, 6mm thick, with internal baffles, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and firmly welded overall.
3. Vacuum Pump: 2BE-204 water circulation vacuum pump, suction speed 21m³/min, high vacuum degree, strong self-priming capability.

4. Safety Protection: Equipped with an anti-overflow valve to prevent backflow of media and damage to the vacuum pump, ensuring equipment safety.

The core working principle of a vacuum truck is based on the principle of vacuum negative pressure, using pressure difference to achieve the suction and discharge of waste. Throughout the entire process, both suction and discharge rely on the sealing of the tank.
1. Suction Process: The vehicle's engine drives a vacuum pump at high speed via a power take-off (PTO), forcefully drawing air from the sealed tank, creating a negative pressure by lowering the internal air pressure compared to atmospheric pressure. Under atmospheric pressure, waste is forced into the tank through the suction pipe.
2. Discharge Process: After operation, the airflow direction is changed by operating the four-way reversing valve. Firstly, the tank is raised and the tailgate opens, allowing outside air to enter and release the vacuum, causing the waste to flow out by gravity. Secondly, compressed air is injected into the tank to create a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, pressurizing and discharging the waste.
