✦Ⅲ.Sewage Tank Manufacturing Process «««

♦ Steel plates are cut using a fully computerized plasma cutting machine with a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm, preventing plate deformation.

♦ The end caps are formed using a spin-forming process, resulting in a seamless, one-piece molding process with uniform stress distribution.

♦ A combined robotic automated welding and manual repair welding approach is employed.

♦Longitudinal and circumferential welds are welded symmetrically by two people simultaneously, maintaining a consistent welding speed and heat input to control welding deformation.

♦ Welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing, ensuring the absence of defects such as slag inclusions, porosity, cracks, and undercut. Weld strength is no less than that of the base material.

♦ After sandblasting, the entire tank body is coated with an anti-corrosion coating.

♦The thickness of both the inner and outer coatings meets standards (outer coating ≥80μm, inner coating ≥100μm), verified by salt spray testing.

✦Ⅳ.Suction Capacity and Sealing Performance «««

1. Equipped with an SK water-circulating vacuum pump, achieving a vacuum level ≥-0.09MPa, enabling rapid extraction of high-concentration sludge and viscous waste liquids. The vacuum level decreases by no more than 10% within 30 minutes, meeting the needs of high-level waste liquid extraction.
