It is powered by a high-efficiency YC6J220-33 6.5L engine that generates 220 HP of output power, paired with an 8JS85TE 8-speed transmission and a 4x2 drive configuration. With a maximum travel speed of 90km/h, the vehicle ensures rapid response and stable navigation across all kinds of complex road conditions.

Equipped with a professional-grade firefighting system, the truck features a 500kg carbon steel dry powder storage tank and four 80L nitrogen cylinders rated at a 15MPa design pressure. Its PTO-driven fire pump operates at a working pressure of 1.6–2.5 MPa and delivers a powder flow rate of 80–120 kg/s. The matched fire monitor achieves a spray rate of 60–100 kg/s and an effective firing range of 40–60 meters, enabling efficient suppression of multiple types of fires.For comprehensive on-site rescue support, the truck comes fully fitted with standard firefighting and rescue tools, including shovels, crowbars, axes and cutting devices.

The HOWO M7 dry powder fire truck stands out as a highly efficient, multi-functional fire suppression asset, delivering critical emergency protection for vital facilities once fire incidents break out.Dry powder extinguishes fires through multiple mechanisms. Under high temperatures, dry powder melts and forms a sealing film over combustible surfaces to block oxygen supply and halt combustion. Varieties such as sodium bicarbonate further disrupt combustion chain reactions: they thermally decompose and release free radicals to interrupt ongoing burning.

As an inert gas, nitrogen dilutes oxygen levels in the surrounding air to smother flames. Meanwhile, the ejected nitrogen and dry powder absorb massive heat, cooling burning materials and curbing fire spread.This fire truck boasts extensive application capability. It efficiently tackles Class A, B and C fires, alongside certain types of metal fires. Both dry powder and nitrogen create minimal environmental pollution, making this an eco-friendly fire suppression solution.

▣ Operating Instruction:

1.Firstly open the power switch.

2.Powder tank N₂ charging.

a. Open the N₂ cylinder valve, then the “N₂ Cylinder Pressure Gauge” which on the control panel begin to show the pressure.

b. Open the high-pressure valve slowly to charge pressure reducing valve.

c. Push the button of “Powder Tank N₂ Charging Switch”, then N₂ gas begin to fill into the powder tank.

3.The operation of powder discharge:When the “Pressure Gauge of Powder Tank” which on the control panel indicate the standard pressure data at 1.4MPa, then push the button of “Discharge Powder Switch”, Swing the hose reel to a suitable place and let the discharge nozzle aim at the fire .Open the valve of discharge nozzle then it can be used to extinguish the fire.

4.Clean(Utilize the surplus gas):When the “Pressure Gauge of Powder Tank” indicate the pressure data less than 0.5MPa, push the button of “Switch of Cleaning the Discharge Nozzle” to begin to clean the nozzle.

5.Notice:

a. When the “Pressure Gauge of Powder Tank” indicates the pressure data less than 0.5MPa, it means that the powder will be out of use.

b. Please discharge the surplus gas(utilize the surplus gas discharge)before refilling the powder . Discharge all the surplus gas before open the cover of powder tank.

c. When open the high pressure valve to fill the gas into pressure reducing valve please note that if the pressure date of the “Pressure Gauge of Powder Tank” (Low pressure gauge)more than 1.4MPa and raise continuously, close the high pressure valve immediately and repair the pressure reducing valve.

d. Should inspect the safety of the pressure reducing valve, safety valve, the connection and hose of the high pressure part in the system periodically.
