The upper structure adopts a modular design, divided into four main areas: equipment room, water tank, foam tank, and pump room.

1. Equipment Room (Front)

 

• Located behind the driver's cab, it offers ample space, fully clad in bright aluminum alloy patterned panels, and features an aluminum alloy roller shutter door.

 

• It can store commonly used firefighting equipment such as fire shovels, axes, picks, above-ground and underground fire hydrant wrenches, crowbars, waist axes, rubber hammers, hose bridges, hose covers, fire extinguishers, etc. These equipment items are stored in fixed locations, clearly labeled, and easily accessible.

2. Liquid Tanks (Middle Section)

 

•  Water Tank Capacity: 4 cubic meters, carbon steel, with internal baffles to reduce swaying during driving.

 

•  Foam Tank Capacity: 1 cubic meter, separate from the water compartment, stainless steel.

3. Pump Room (Rear End)

 

The rear pump room is the core of the vehicle's power output; all firefighting operations rely on the pump room system.

• Piping System:

 

Includes a DN150 pump inlet, two DN100 external water inlets on either side of the tank, and one DN80 and one DN65 outlet on each side of the pump. Enables self-priming of the tank, external water supply, output of water or foam mixture from within the tank, and simultaneous operation of fire monitors/hose.

• Firefighting Equipment:

 

The pump room is equipped with fire hoses, foam guns, reducers, foam suction pipes, water collectors, filters, distributors, and fire hoses.

4. Tank-top fire monitor: 

 

Model： PL8/48, flow rate 48L/s, range ≥70m for water, ≥60m for foam, 360° horizontal rotation, -45°~+70° elevation. Suitable for long-distance suppression of large-area fires, striking fire points at heights, and extinguishing fires in dangerous areas inaccessible to personnel. It is the most aggressive output end of the entire vehicle.
